1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Debloaty ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Debloaty is a gut health tracking application that helps users log meals, track symptoms, and identify potential food triggers for bloating and digestive discomfort. The App is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Debloaty is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided by the App is for general informational purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet or if you have concerns about your digestive health.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored in the App. You agree to provide accurate information when setting up and using the App.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Debloaty requires an active Debloaty Pro subscription to access the app. Debloaty Pro is an auto-renewing annual subscription that includes a 3-day free trial. The subscription price is displayed in the app and may vary by region.

Important subscription terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the end of the free trial period
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your device's account settings (Apple ID or Google Play)
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

6. Free Trial

The annual subscription includes a 3-day free trial. After the 3-day free trial period ends, you will be automatically charged the annual subscription price unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel the free trial at any time during the trial period through your device's account settings to avoid being charged. Unused portions of free trials are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in the App (food logs, photos, notes). By using the App, you grant us a license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

8. Analytics and Attribution

The App uses third-party analytics and attribution services, including Tenjin, to measure the performance of advertising campaigns and understand how users discover the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that certain usage data and device identifiers may be collected for these purposes. 9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App to harm others

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Debloaty and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Debloaty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
